A. Коли не використовуємо артикль “the”

Ми не використовуємо “the” з іменами людей, країн, континентів, міст і більшості географічних назв.

  • Helen, Helen Taylor (не the Helen, the Helen Taylor)
  • Mr Johnson, Doctor Smith, President Johnson (не the Mr Johnson)
  • Uncle Robert, Saint Catherine, Queen Elizabeth (не the Queen Elizabeth)
